Job Description:
Enfinity Global is looking for a Senior ERP Project Manager to join our team in Miami.
The position requires the candidate to manage and monitor multiple projects, including milestone tracking and generating periodic status reports that align with company objectives and timelines, while developing detailed project plans that outline project scope, timelines, resource allocation, and risk management strategies.
Key responsibilities:
•Be responsible for managing the delivery of NetSuite's Professional Services implementations of the on-demand NetSuite application
•Under NetSuite's Suite Success Methodology guidance, the resource will lead the delivery of NetSuite Professional Services implementations, ensuring alignment with Suite Success methodology and delivering projects on time, within scope and budget, while maintaining high user satisfaction.
•Own the full project lifecycle from initiation to completion, including planning, requirements gathering, execution, scope control, change management, and resolution of roadblocks.
•Manage multiple concurrent ERP projects in a matrixed environment, coordinating cross-functional resources and ensuring timely delivery of key milestones.
•Own the creation and delivery of key project artifacts, including project kickoffs, detailed project plans, change orders, and regular status and risk reports—ensuring alignment from initiation through completion.
•Facilitate structured planning sessions and maintain transparent communication, ensuring alignment on project scope, delivery methodology, stakeholder roles, timelines, escalation paths, and risk mitigation strategies.
•Collaborate closely with the finance team to provide both functional and technical support, ensuring ERP solutions meet evolving business needs.
•Drive continuous improvement of the NetSuite infrastructure and usage, identifying opportunities to optimize workflows and system capabilities.
•Support the company's transition toward a modern data platform environment, contributing to architecture planning and integration strategies.
Qualifications & experience:
•10 years+ of project management experience, with a strong focus on ERP implementations—NetSuite expertise is essential.
•Proven success in leading full-cycle NetSuite deployments, including planning, configuration, testing, go-live, and post-implementation support.
•Experience with other ERP platforms (e.g., SAP, Microsoft Dynamics) is a plus.
•Demonstrated ability to manage large-scale IT projects, particularly those involving data platform transitions and infrastructure upgrades.
•Solid understanding of finance operations and accounting processes (AR, AP, GL, invoicing, intercompany transactions, fixed assets, reconciliations, consolidations).
•Formal training in project management methodologies; PMP or Agile certification preferred.
•Proficiency in project planning tools such as Microsoft Project and collaboration platforms like Microsoft 365.
•Familiarity with cybersecurity principles and best practices.
•Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
•Experience in multicultural environments and global teams is preferred.
•Creative problem-solver with a proactive mindset and ownership mentality.
•Excellent understanding of common industry-standard business practices as related to Accounting (Accounts Receivable, Accounts Payable, General Ledger, Invoicing, Intercompany, Fixed asset, balance sheet reconciliation, consolidation, book-specific entries)
•Strong stakeholder management and communication skills, with the ability to bridge technical and business perspectives.
•Willingness to travel occasionally as needed.
