KSI Engineering, Inc. is looking for an Electrical Designer who is interested in joining a multi-disciplinary team focused on serving relationship-based clients and internal business units across multiple states.
KSI is a privately-owned, sole-source service provider of engineering, fabrication, construction, and maintenance services to multiple industries including upstream oil and gas production, natural gas treating and transportation, refining, co-generation, heavy industrial, utilities, water treatment, and all types of pipelines. Electrical Designer’s responsibilities will be focused on supporting our existing customer base while also supporting internal stakeholders through the development of KSI-specific standards. Successful candidates will exhibit proven experience in the use of CADWorx, Plant3D, or comparable programs in their career. Outstanding candidates should possess strong communication & interpersonal skills, have experience working in design project teams, and be proficient with AutoCAD techniques and commands.

Working Conditions: The work environment and working conditions described here are representative of those that are typical of the job and must be met by an employee to successfully perform the essential functions of this job. Moderate noise (i.e. business office with computers, phone, and printers, light traffic).
Working Hours: Normally, a full-time employee will work 40 hours per week, depending on the factors such as weather and schedules. Work schedules and hours may vary depending on specific client locations and projects. In general, applicable work schedules include modified 9/80, and 5-8’s. All labor laws in reference to rest breaks and meal periods will be followed.
