POSITION OVERVIEW Lauren Services is seeking a Senior Electrical Designer / Lead with strong CADworx and EPCM experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 10+ years of experience in electrical design and drafting within the Oil & Gas sector, specifically in an EPCM environment. You will be responsible for overseeing electrical design activities, including the preparation of detailed design layouts and drawings, mentoring junior designers, and ensuring the integration of electrical systems into multi-disciplinary projects.

This position offers a hybrid work environment, with 3 days in the office and 2 days optional from home. We support flexibility, diversity, and work/life balance. The role is open to both contractor or employee hourly position out of Vancouver, Kelowna or Calgary offices.
