RelaDyne is seeking an innovative and results-driven Senior Director, Marketing & Brand Experience
to lead strategic marketing initiatives that elevate brand visibility, customer engagement, and loyalty. This role combines creative leadership with commercial acumen to design and execute marketing strategies that strengthen RelaDyne’s presence across industries and customer segments. The Senior Director will oversee brand communications, trade shows, customer events, podcasts, and multimedia content—driving a unified and compelling brand experience internally and externally.
Essential Duties
- Develop and execute marketing strategy: Build and lead a comprehensive marketing and communications strategy that supports RelaDyne’s commercial and growth objectives.
- Lead brand experience initiatives: Drive brand consistency and loyalty through engaging trade shows, customer events, sponsorships, and digital storytelling.
- Manage events and content creation: Oversee all trade show participation, event logistics, and promotional campaigns; direct creative efforts for video footage, and multimedia content that showcase our brand and customers.
- Strengthen customer engagement: Design programs that enhance customer retention and advocacy, aligning with our customer experience and segmentation strategies.
- Collaborate cross-functionally: Partner closely with Sales, Commercial Strategy, and Operations teams to align marketing activities with business development priorities.
- Measure and optimize performance: Monitor KPIs, campaign ROI, and customer engagement data to continuously improve marketing impact.
- Manage teams and partners: Lead a high-performing marketing team and collaborate with agencies, media partners, and vendors to deliver best-in-class marketing execution.
- Steward brand reputation: Ensure cohesive messaging and brand representation across all communication channels and touchpoints.
- Strategic and creative thinker with demonstrated success leading integrated marketing and event programs.
- Expertise in brand management, event execution, and multimedia marketing.
- Strong leadership, communication, and collaboration skills with the ability to influence cross-functional teams.
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret data, assess ROI, and translate insights into actionable strategy.
- Proficiency with CRM, marketing automation, and analytics tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce, Google Analytics).
- Proven ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, or related field required; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience: Demonstrated success in a senior marketing leadership role with experience driving brand engagement through trade shows, events, and digital content.
