The Senior Digital Product Manager will be responsible for leading digital experience strategy for a large business unit or complex solution to find efficiencies and ensure scalable approaches. This role will collaborate with key business partners across Digital Marketing, Product Marketing, Product Management, Technology, Sales, Operations, and Finance to identify growth opportunities and drive product innovation. Develop and manage a long-term roadmap that delivers measurable OKRs tied to our business strategy
Primary Responsibilities:
- Prioritization of roadmap across multiple business units leveraging business goals, data, and industry information
- Draft requirements for and partner with design and development
- Significant experience improving digital products based on performance analysis
- Deliver under an Agile, Scrum and Iterative framework
- Successfully balance the needs of the customers and stakeholders and articulate how we are meeting and exceeding their needs
- Act as the digital experience subject matter expert across a portfolio of products and solutions. Work autonomously and collaborate with key cross functional business partners including leadership to drive opportunities for growth.
- Identify needs and pain points of users and translate those into detailed user stories, which capture both business objectives and user needs, and can be clearly defined and understood by the development team.
- Provide strategic direction on content optimization, personalization and testing strategies. Analyze product performance to determine actionable insights and conduct market research to determine customer needs and identify opportunities for product improvement and innovation.
- Mentor other product managers and guide them to utilize research, data and product management best practices.
- Work closely with design, development, and marketing teams to ensure successful product development and launch. Test new features and functionality and facilitate stakeholder testing to ensure product stability.
- Guide stakeholders to focus on customer needs and communicate product updates and insights to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
- Stay current with industry trends, competitor products, and emerging technologies to inform product strategy.
- Bachelor's degree in business, computer science, marketing, or related field; or equivalent experience
- 8+ years of experience in digital product management- Proven track record of managing the full product lifecycle and driving product initiatives from concept to completion autonomously.
- Experience with analytics, roadmaps, and scaling product features.
- Advanced understanding of product management practices, user-centered design, and business models.
- Passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a user-first mindset.
- Excellent analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proven ability to articulate a business case to stakeholders at all levels of the organization, including relevant product and market information tailored to the audience.
