Expected salary range of $91,800 to $102,000, varies based on experience, along with comprehensive benefits package that includes bonus and 401(k).
Constellation Home is seeking a skilled and highly motivated Sr. Digital Marketing & Advertising Analyst to join our team. As a Sr. Digital Marketing & Advertising Analyst at Constellation Home, you will be responsible for managing design, development and execution of online marketing and advertising programs to improve the performance of existing efforts and increase our digital presence through paid, organic and user experience initiatives. You will work closely with digital, marketing, and sales professionals to ensure that our digital marketing campaigns align with our overall marketing goals and objectives.
• Bachelor's degree in marketing, communications, or a related field.
• 5+ years of experience in marketing, digital, or related field.
• Prior work experience as a digital marketer, digital marketing analyst, or similar
• Experience managing digital marketing campaigns that include paid advertising (paid search, paid social, and display).
• Understanding of organic search optimization principles and experience driving improvement in organic search rankings.
• In-depth understanding of digital marketing best practices, industry trends, and emerging platforms.
• Active contributor that makes people with different opinions feel comfortable and valued.
• Actively challenges popular values, opinions and decisions to benefit the organization or limit negative project impacts.
• Proactively seeks to learn about new digital marketing technologies, platforms, and strategies.
