About This Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Power Platform Developer to lead the design and implementation of solutions using Microsoft Power Platform and the Microsoft 365 ecosystem. The successful candidate will possess deep technical expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, and Copilot Studio, and will play a crucial role in driving digital transformation initiatives within our organization. This position requires a strong understanding of the Microsoft Power Platform ecosystem, web development, and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness.

On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include

Works with Product Managers and collaborates with business stakeholders to understand their needs and translate them into technical requirements and solutions.
Architects, designs, implements and maintains scalable, high-performance solutions using Microsoft Power Platform components, including Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
Develops, deploys, and integrates Power Platform solutions, Agentic AI and AI chatbots, ensuring best practices in configuration, customization, testing and data management.
Integrates external systems (e.g., using Azure Logic Apps), perform data migration, and set up standard and custom reports.
Continuously evaluates and optimizes existing solutions to enhance performance, usability, and functionality.
Establishes and enforces governance policies and standards to ensure data integrity, security, and compliance with organizational policies.
Takes ownership of change management, develops and delivers training programs for end-users, providing ongoing support and troubleshooting for Power Platform solutions.
Supports release deployment and provides post-production support.
Stays current with Power Platform updates and industry trends, evaluating and recommending new tools and technologies to enhance solution capabilities.
Performs other related duties as necessary or assigned.

On a Given Day, Your Work Might Include What You’ll Need to Succeed

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications is a plus.
5+ years of experience building web applications.


Technical Skills


Knowledge and expertise in Power Apps, Power Automate, Plugins, AI Builder, Copilot Studio, and related architecture and design practices; and experience with Azure, Azure DevOps for CI/CD, and C#.NET.
Web app development (backend and frontend) experience using Power Platform and other technologies.
Proven track record in leading complex Power Platform projects from conception to deployment.
Strong understanding of data modeling, integration techniques, and application lifecycle management.
In-depth knowledge of Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI, and Copilot Studio.
Experience with Microsoft Azure services and integrations.
Proficiency in SQL, data warehousing, and data analysis
Knowledge and expertise with iterative/agile development practices.
Familiarity with basic Machine Learning concepts.
Knowledge and expertise of Enterprise Architecture Patterns.
Knowledge and expertise with full lifecycle application testing (functional, regression, performance, integration, etc.) and delivery management.

Comfortable with direct interactions with business users at all levels, able to communicate and translate non-technical user needs to technical solutions in a respectful manner and able to drive the process for outcomes.
Ability to work independently with little direction or oversight.

Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.


Analytical

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to use data to drive decision-making and measure product success.


Adaptability


Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and manage multiple priorities effectively.
Strong organizational and time management skills. Must be able to effectively multitask and juggle simultaneous demands while remaining flexible and efficient in a fast-paced environment.

Ability to adopt MN processes and standards.


Physical Requirements

Ability to work within a typical office environment; moving around from desk to conference spaces, etc.

This position requires extensive use of a computer, including keyboard functions and visual acuity of 20 inches or fewer on a daily basis.
Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs occasionally with or without accommodation.


Travel & Vehicle Requirements

Periodic travel to a conference, another office location may be available but not required.

Hours & Compensation

This is a full-time position paying $120,825 – $181,238 + discretionary bonuses. The base salary range represents the anticipated low and high end of the salary range for this position. Individual placement within a salary range will vary based upon factors including but not limited to candidate experience, knowledge, individual, skills, and organizational performance.
