Position Overview:

Reporting to the General Counsel, the Senior Counsel will provide legal support on a wide variety of topics, including solar project development and construction; mergers and acquisitions; corporate and project finance; and applicable federal, state, and local laws and regulations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate an entrepreneurial passion for renewable energy development.

Location: NYC or D.C. preferred, but remote will be considered

Compensation Range:

The salary range for this position is $190,000 – $210,000, plus individuals will be eligible for an annual discretionary bonus and incentive equity awards, all at the sole discretion of the Company and in accordance with Company policy. Actual compensation within the range will be dependent upon the individual’s skills, experience, qualifications and location, and applicable employment laws.  Note that title and salary will be commensurate with candidate experience.
