Location: Orange, CT or Rochester NY

Grade: 8

The base salary range for this position is dependent upon experience and location, ranging from $85,000 to $118,000

JOB SUMMARY:

Responsible for the administration of compensation programs and practices for specific business units. Primary responsibilities include job evaluations, market analyses, survey participation, compensation recommendations, and may lead or assist with compensation projects or special initiatives. This position will also support performance management, incentive plan and merit administration.

JOB REQUIREMENTS:* Bachelors’ Degree or equivalent combination of education and experience required

Knowledge/Skills:* Experience in job evaluation, market pricing, salary survey participation and annual compensation cycles (performance management, merit, bonus)
