Senior Commercial Contracts Manager (Remote Eligible, U.S.)

Job Description Summary

The Senior Commercial Contracts Manager develops and negotiates commercial contract language and provides contracts leadership and expertise for project teams. This role is heavily focused on the Inquiry to Order (ITO) phase of contracting but could include providing necessary support of post-contractual management, Terms & Conditions of the contract and the management of claims. It also involves identification and management of risk in support of the contract. The role is subject to operating policy objectives. There is considerable autonomy within the role. High levels of operational judgment are required to achieve outcomes required.

The base pay range for this position is $150,000-200,000. The specific pay offered may be influenced by a variety of factors, including the candidate's experience, education, and skill set. This position is also eligible for bonuses, such as a performance bonus/variable incentive compensation/equity. This position is expected to close on 7/10/2025.

The company pays a geographic differential of 110%, 120%, or 130% of salary in certain areas.
