Position Specific Description


This position is based out of Jupiter West.


Job Overview

Employees in this job develop annual budgets and financial analyses for cash flow forecasts. This position tracks cash flows and analyzes and develop necessary countermeasures related to cost trends and drivers.


Job Duties & Responsibilities

Develops annual area budget requests

Identifies emerging/contingency items that may need additional funding throughout the year
Develops variance reports and long range planning goals
Generates forecasts and/or budget analysis
Provides financial analysis
Tracks, analyzes and identifies opportunities and trends in activities
Communicates financial positions to leadership
Formulates corrective action recommendations to ensure financial targets are met
Provides mentorship/guidance to other personnel
Performs other job-related duties as assigned
Required Qualifications

High School Grad / GED

Bachelor's or Equivalent Experience
Experience: 5+ years
Preferred Qualifications

Master's Degree

Certified Public Accountant (CPA)
Six Sigma Green Belt Certified
