We are seeking a highly skilled and intellectually curious analytics professional to join our Workforce Planning & Analytics team. This role blends technical expertise with strategic thinking, serving as both a power user of analytics platforms and a trusted advisor to stakeholders. The ideal candidate will proactively explore data to uncover potential integrity issues and surface meaningful insights—often before questions are asked. They will lead rigorous solution testing, resolve data issues, and deliver advanced analyses that drive data-informed workforce decisions across the organization.
- Lead comprehensive testing of workforce analytics dashboards and reporting tools to ensure accuracy, usability, and performance.
- Proactively analyze workforce data to identify anomalies, integrity issues, and emerging trends—surfacing insights ahead of stakeholder inquiries.
- Serve as a subject matter expert and power user of analytics platforms, contributing to enhancements and advocating for end-user needs.
- Develop sophisticated, strategic analyses using workforce data, integrating supplemental sources to enrich insights and close data gaps.
- Utilize Excel, Power BI, and Oracle to query, validate, and reconcile data across multiple systems.
- Identify and troubleshoot data discrepancies, inconsistencies, and defects, collaborating with technical teams to resolve root causes.
- Translate complex data into clear, actionable insights through compelling storytelling and visualization.
- Create Power Point presentations to facilitate communication of insights and narratives to business leaders and stakeholders.
- Partner with business teams to ensure analytics efforts align with organization priorities.
- Bachelors’ or above in quantitative discipline: MIS, Data Science, Economics, Mathematics, Engineering, Finance, or related field required
- Minimum of 2 years of analytics experience with a demonstrated ability to identify, interpret, and visualize complex data to generate clear, actionable insights required
- Advanced analytical skills and comfort navigating large, multifaceted datasets and dashboards in a rapidly evolving analytics environment.
- Meticulous approach to data validation, testing, and quality assurance.
- Strong storytelling skills—able to craft cohesive, influential narratives that connect data to strategic objectives.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities, with a knack for translating technical findings for non-technical audiences.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Power BI, and PowerPoint for data analysis, quality assurance, and strategic reporting.
