Job Description Summary

The Senior Advanced Manufacturing Engineer – Blades will drive process definition and process and tooling improvements at wind blade manufacturing suppliers. The Lead Advanced Manufacturing Engineer will be responsible for delivering improvements on the key metrics of quality, fulfillment, and cost by working cross-functionally with Engineering, Supplier Quality, and suppliers.

The salary range for this position is $103,100.00 - $171,800.00 USD Annual.

The specific salary offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate’s experience, their education, and the work location. In addition, this role has variable compensation incentive of 15% .
