Senior Accountant

As we continue to grow, we’re looking for a Senior Accountant to join our dynamic team.

The Opportunity:

As our Senior Accountant, you will play a key role in managing all aspects of financial operations—ensuring accurate reporting, strong controls, and informed business decisions. You'll collaborate closely with leadership and cross-functional teams to support strategic goals while maintaining day-to-day financial excellence.

Key Responsibilities:

· Lead full-cycle accounting processes: recording, reporting, and reconciling financial activity to ensure accuracy and completeness.

· Prepare monthly bank reconciliations and assist with account reconciliations (payables, receivables, expenses, capital assets).

· Oversee corporate credit card and employee expense reporting, ensuring policy compliance.

· Support Accounts Payable by responding to vendor inquiries and resolving issues.

· Collaborate with department leaders to ensure accurate expense tracking and classification.

· Assist in the preparation of financial reports and audit documentation.

· Contribute to process improvements, systems upgrades, and ad hoc projects.

What We’re Looking For:

· 2–5+ years of progressive experience in accounting and finance.

· Solid understanding of accounting principles, financial reporting, and internal controls.

· Proficiency in general ledger management and month-end/year-end close processes.

· Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail.

· Experience in financial statement preparation and reconciliation.

· Advanced knowledge of accounting software; experience with system implementation is a strong asset.

· CPA, CMA, or advanced accounting degree preferred (but not required).
