To join CLEAResult Canada as an SEM Program Specialist. The Strategic Energy Management (SEM) Program Specialist supports the delivery of energy efficiency programs for industrial and commercial clients by applying continuous improvement principles to energy management. In this role, you will work closely with program managers, SEM coaches, and client teams to ensure successful implementation of SEM initiatives. Responsibilities include coordinating workshops, preparing and reviewing technical and non-technical reports, maintaining program communications, and managing participant data. You will play a key role in tracking milestones, analyzing performance metrics, and contributing to the development of program materials and internal systems.

- Report on program performance for clients and participant companies.

- Partner with SEM coaches and program managers to plan and deliver program activities, workshops, and follow-up actions.

- Support the Operations Manager with department-wide initiatives.

- Prepare for and participate in client meetings, ensuring clear communication and actionable outcomes.

- Review, edit, and draft reports and program materials for technical and non-technical audiences.

- Manage data collection, tracking, and analysis, including participant milestones, utility data, and historical performance trends.

- Develop clear visuals and content to present data and program results.

- Maintain effective communication and data-sharing systems among clients, participants, and internal teams.

- Contribute to the creation of technical content, intellectual property, and improved internal processes.

- Escalate program or client issues to leadership when needed.

In this exciting career opportunity, our ideal candidate would have...

- Post-secondary education in Business Administration, Environmental Studies, Sustainability, Project Management, Data Analytics, or other relevant areas.

- 1+ years of program or project coordinator experience

- High proficiency with MS Word.

- Basic knowledge of Excel and/or PowerBI.

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

- Ability to meet monthly deadlines

- Highly organized and ability to anticipate and interpret needs.

- Be flexible, coachable and able to interact with various teams across the company.

- Can pivot from one program to the next as needed.

Targeted Compensation:

$28-$30/h
