Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Customer Advocate to join our team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring their needs are met with exceptional service. You will engage in outbound calling, assist with inquiries, and provide solutions to enhance customer satisfaction, all while setting appointments to make their dream home a reality. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills and a passion for client services.
Responsibilities
•Handle inbound and outbound calls to assist customers with their inquiries and concerns.
•Provide accurate information regarding products and services to clients.
•Perform data entry tasks to maintain up-to-date customer records.
•Analyze customer feedback and trends to improve service delivery.
•Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette while interacting with clients.
•Maintain a positive attitude while managing high call volumes.
•Set appointments via inbound & outbound calls, while tracking same day appointments, confirmations and cancellations
•Average 20-25 calls per hour
•Must be able to type at a rate of 30-45 WPM
•Provide exceptional service at all times
•Maintain a positive attitude in all internal and external communications
•Perform other tasks, as needed
Experience
•Previous experience in a call center or customer service environment is preferred.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential.
•Proficiency in data entry and the ability to analyze information quickly.
•or multilingual abilities are a plus, enhancing our capacity to serve diverse clients.
•A commitment to delivering exceptional client services and fostering positive relationships.
Qualifications and Skills:
•Available to work some evenings and weekend
•Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
•Experience in achieving goals while being self-motivated
•Proven ability to successfully work in a fast pace environment, where accuracy is essential
•Strong verbal communication skills
•Attention to detail and ability to multitask
•Must be highly dependable and have a strong work ethic
