Support physical security operations to protect company personnel, assets, and interests. Lead investigations and coordinate responses to security threats and incidents; Oversee security projects and initiatives; and maintain security programs, including regulatory compliance. Provide security guidance and counsel to management, employees, and other departments company wide
- Develops and manages security plans, policies, and procedures.
- Represents the company during regulatory inspections, security briefings, and security meetings with government agencies.
- Evaluates proposed legislation and regulation for company impact and recommends appropriate responses.
- Conducts regular security assessments, including vulnerability assessments for company facilities, processes, and projects, and develops and implements mitigation and remediation strategies.
- Reviews, edits, and updates existing security documentation and identifies improvements.
- Develops and conducts security training on a wide variety of security topics.
- Utilizes appropriate security technologies and systems, is familiar with security technology industry, and ensures proper security technology integration.
- Conducts diverse, complex, and sensitive investigations into issues of significant consequence to the company. Provides reports and presentations of investigative results which enable and support risk management decision making.
- Where appropriate, manage the use of external contractors to provide specialist services in support of securing company facilities and assets.
- Collaborate with local, state, and federal law enforcement agencies and other first responders to raise awareness of critical company assets and protective measures.
- Assist local, state, and federal law enforcement to mitigate and resolve security threats.
- Effectively manage projects; ensure delivery of program commitments.
- Act as a lead/expert in the work group; train and mentor associate and career level security personnel.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Criminal Justice or related field; or the equivalent combination of education and experience.
- A minimum of five or more years of experience with physical security & monitoring systems.
- Communication and interpersonal skills involving the ability to establish trust, maintain confidence, and understand social behavior and interactions.
- Strong oral and written communication, with experience giving presentations and writing comprehensive documentation.
- Ability to work with all organizational levels to influence actions and negotiate outcomes.
- Proficient with the use of personal computers to gather, analyze, and summarize data.
- PSP Certification
- Physical security experience
- Industry knowledge of regulatory and government requirements that impact physical security.

Hiring Range: $103,800 - $134,200
This position is eligible for an annual discretionary performance incentive bonus of up to 15.00% of salary.
