Employees who are required to work on-site are eligible for a $1,450 monthly housing allowance, provided they meet program guidelines.

Description

Under close supervision, performs a variety of patrol, security, and emergency response and customer service duties at assigned location.

+ Notifies appropriate personnel or department of arrival + Directs visitors and vendors to destination + Enforces company policies and procedures + Walks or drives vehicle on irregularly scheduled rounds of property + Observes conditions of equipment, grounds and facilities + Reports damages or areas in need of repair to security supervisor or safety person on call + Collaborates with police officers in the prevention of crime + Works with fire response units for fire suppression, and with medical emergency response units in the event of emergency situations, at the assigned location + Communicates with hospitals to provide emergency care + Controls transfer of patients to medical facilities + Writes incident reports for calls attended and maintains appropriate logs + May provide instruction to general public on First Aid or CPR Qualifications

What We Offer You

The estimated pay range for this role is currently $18.00 - $24.00/hour. This range reflects base salary only and does not include bonus payments, benefits or retirement contributions. Actual base pay is determined by experience, qualifications, skills and other job-related factors. This role is eligible for additional discretionary and incentive payment considerations based on company and individual performance.
