Join our peak-season team supporting customers during the heating season. You’ll handle inbound calls, place fuel orders, schedule service, and close add-on sales—keeping customers warm and happy while our field team stays on schedule.
Pay: $20/hour + Monthly Performance Bonuses based on reaching sales goals ($300–$1,000)
Schedule: Full-time, 40 hrs./week All shifts available
Answer high-volume inbound calls/chat/email; create and update orders in the CRM
Quote and close sales for new equipment, heating oil deliveries, tune-ups, and service plans
Schedule/dispatch service and deliveries; confirm appointments and ETAs
Take payments, issue receipts, and maintain accurate account notes
Resolve customer concerns and escalate emergencies (no-heat, leaks) appropriately
1+ year in customer service or inside sales (call center, service, or retail preferred)
Clear phone etiquette; strong typing/data entry; solid email writing
Comfortable with Microsoft Office/Google Workspace and CRM systems (QuickBooks a plus)
Reliable, organized, and calm under pressure—especially during busy winter peaks
HVAC/fuel delivery familiarity a plus; Bilingual (English/Spanish) a plus
Availability for any shift (days/evenings/weekends/occasional holidays) during the season
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and resolving issues in a timely manner.
- Engage with customers through outbound calling to promote products and services effectively.
- Utilize strong communication skills to build rapport with clients and understand their needs.

- Handle cash transactions responsibly and efficiently, ensuring accuracy in cash handling procedures.
