Seasonal Customer Care Agent

Fabian Oil is currently seeking a seasonal, full time, Customer Care Agent [CCA] to join our customer care team. The Customer Care Team is responsible for making sure that our customer needs are being met and understood by various departments within Fabian Oil.

As a CCA, you should expect to perform all the following duties daily:

- Take incoming calls from customers placing orders for delivery and making payments

- Be able to quote pricing accurately

- Transferring calls to appropriate departments for additional customer assistance

- Other duties as assigned

The ideal candidate for the CCA position should possess and demonstrate professional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills. They will have basic math skills and customer service skills.

Because the Customer Care Agent will have access to private customer information, the ability to maintain confidentiality on the highest level is required.

The work shift is 7:30 am to 4:00 pm Monday through Friday and is located at 534 Belgrade Road in Oakland, Maine.
