Seasonal Agro Driver, Swan River - Swan Valley Co-op

Swan Valley Co-op is hiring a Seasonal Driver at our Swan River Agro Location.

What you’ll do:

Reporting to the Agro Manager, the responsibilities for the position include operation of a class 3 vehicle to deliver product to customers, to Co-op Agro custom applicator, as well as will ensure the accuracy of products delivered through daily record keeping. Other Agro yard site duties may be assigned as driving activities allow.

The successful candidate will be expected to observe all regulations for safety, equipment operation, security, fire prevention and accident prevention. This includes all National Safety Code policies.

Organizational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment are an asset. A Class 3A driver’s license is required for position . We’re looking for individuals with positive attitudes who illustrate our Co-op Brand of treating our customers as guests.

Who you are:

You are looking for a Seasonal Truck Driver position and

- You have a class 3A driver’s license at minimum (class 1A driver’s license would be considered an asset).

- You have prior truck driving experience.

- You’re familiar with National Safety Code.

- You’re honest and trustworthy, are results-oriented and strive to be the best in what you do.

- You believe in building relationships and collaborating to deliver solutions that matter most, and you recognize the value that different perspectives bring to meet shared objectives.
