The SEO and Content Strategy Manager will be responsible for leading our SEO and AIO (AI Optimization) efforts across a diverse portfolio of websites and products. This role is responsible for developing and executing comprehensive strategies that drive organic growth, improve search visibility, and support content performance across key digital properties. This role will own keyword and topical architecture, lead content planning aligned with business goals and user journeys, and collaborate cross-functionally with product, brand, UX, and engineering teams. This position requires a strong blend of technical SEO expertise, content optimization skills, and performance analysis capabilities. This is a hands-on leader with a deep understanding of search engine behavior, AI search trends, and the ability to translate data into action to enhance digital experiences and conversion outcomes.
– Deep understanding of technical, on-page, and off-page SEO, including AI-driven search optimization (AIO).
– Ability to build keyword strategies, topical architecture, and content plans aligned to user journeys and business goals.
– Skilled in using SEO and analytics tools to track performance, extract insights, and optimize accordingly.
– Proficiency in conducting audits, optimizing metadata, implementing schema, and partnering on site architecture.
– Strong ability to align with product, UX, engineering, and creative teams to drive results.
– Experience leading projects and coordinating with agencies or freelancers to scale content production.
– Ability to guide, write, or edit high-impact content that improves rankings and user engagement.
– Skilled in presenting SEO strategies and results to stakeholders in clear, actionable terms.
– Stays ahead of industry trends, algorithm updates, and emerging AI tools to keep strategy relevant.
