Scale Operator

Job Summary:

Join our team as a Scale Operator where you will play a crucial role in our operations. As a Scale Operator, you will be responsible for weighing incoming and outgoing trucks, ensuring accurate measurements, and maintaining detailed records of all transactions. Your attention to detail and precision will contribute to the smooth functioning of our operations.

Duties:

- Weigh incoming and outgoing trucks using scales and record accurate measurements.

- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and procedures while operating scales.

- Maintain organized records of all weight transactions and related data.

- Communicate effectively with truck drivers and personnel to facilitate efficient processes.

- Assist in coordinating logistics by providing accurate weight information for shipments.

- Troubleshoot any issues related to the scales and report maintenance needs promptly.

- Collaborate with dispatch team to support overall operational efficiency.

Experience:

- Prior experience in operating quarry scales or similar equipment is preferred.

- Familiarity with Scale management systems, and quarry operations is a plus.

- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail.

- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
