Duties Include But Are Not Limited To
•
Manage, lead, evaluate, plan, develop, and implement best in class safety performance.
•
Estimate review and bid approval as per the contract and procurement process.
•
Conduct project planning and scheduling for assigned projects or tasks.
•
Authorize the purchase of materials and supplies as per the contract and procurement process.
•
Ensure the company is following all government laws, regulations, and codes.
•
excellent written and verbal communication skills.
•
Having and using your strong organization skills.
•
Possess a strong desire to learn.
•
Must have excellent computer skills including Microsoft.
•
Ability to pass pre-employment and periodic screenings.
•
Experience and proficiency in Scaffold Building
•
Willing to work at heights.
•
Create work plans without supervision.
•
Use JSA's and JSO's while keeping track of all paperwork needed for all tasks
•
Proficiency in all pieces of equipment and their use in a safe manner, meeting all regulatory requirements.
•
Must have 5 years of Scaffolding experience with at least 2 of those years as a manager.
•
OSHA 10, OSHA 40 and MSHA preferred.
Salary: $80,000-$95,000 DOE.
