Scaffolding Builder

Responsibilities:

- Construct and dismantle scaffolding structures according to safety guidelines and project requirements

- Inspect scaffolding equipment for any damage or defects before use

- Safely operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes to transport scaffolding materials

- Collaborate with construction teams to ensure scaffolding is properly positioned and secured

- Assist with other construction tasks such as painting, remodeling, concrete finishing, carpentry, stucco, tile laying, and concrete forming as needed

- Read and interpret blueprints and construction plans to determine scaffold layout and design

Qualifications:

- Previous experience as a scaffold builder or in a related construction role

- Strong knowledge of scaffold assembly techniques and safety procedures

- Proficient in reading and interpreting blueprints and construction plans

- Ability to operate heavy equipment such as forklifts and cranes

- Skilled in various construction tasks including construction painting, remodeling, concrete finishing, carpentry, stucco, tile laying, and concrete forming

- Excellent attention to detail and ability to work accurately and efficiently

- Physical stamina to perform manual labor tasks and work at heights

- Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work well in a team environment
