**Position Description:**

SAP Backend Developers will work closely with other developers, functional consultants, and technical teams to build, test, and implement backend SAP solutions that meet SaskPower's business needs.

**Responsibilities Include:**

* Support, operation, and maintenance of SAP systems
* Design, develop, and implement customizations per SaskPower & SAP standards
* Lead SAP development and custom module enhancement
* Fine-tuning of SAP systems and objects
* Analyze business/functional requirements and plan development schedules
* Perform technical design, coding, and documentation
* Conduct code reviews and resolve defects
* Troubleshoot production and development issues
* Assess and resolve patch, upgrade, and release issues
* Document RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflow)
* Collaborate within SAP Developer team and with SAP Functional Resources
* Prepare QA-ready SAP development deliverables
