JOB SUMMARY:
The Samples Coordinator prepares and ships samples to customers upon request, ensuring the quality of each sample. This role is responsible for the management of all sample products, including panel samples, color chips, closures, extrusions, custom samples, touch up paint, etc.
DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:
Samples & Production Fulfillment
•Receive and process Pick and Pack Sample of floor inventory submission requests from Sales and Customer Service, maintaining established fulfillment metrics
•Coordinate most effective and efficient plant location for storage and processing
•Enter and maintain status in collaborative online system for Sales and CSR access
Samples Generation & Maintenance
•Review and maintain available bulk generic profile samples needed to complete sample requests
•Review and maintain inventory of and re-order all required materials
•Monitor lines for new/missing samples and maintain inventory diversity and completeness
•Manage color chip, label, and literature stocking levels in CT and CA Locations
•Maintain clean, safe, and organized workspace
•Manage production paperwork to pull and generate roll cut forms
Samples Reporting System
•Maintain data in systems that reports KPI’s
Other duties as assigned

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
•High school diploma or equivalent
•Two years of relevant experience
