Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and results-driven: Home Comfort Specialist, to join our dynamic sales team. In this role, you will be responsible for developing new business opportunities with home owners. You will leverage your expertise in sales and account management to drive growth and enhance customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong "achieve" skills and a passion for making homeowners comfortable, enabling you to effectively communicate the value of our products and services.
Responsibilites
•Identify and enhance relationships with homeowners by following the program and building trust through your knowledge of our products, processes and why we stand above the rest when it comes to satisfaction and doing it right the first time.
•Identify through inspecting a home root causes of concern for homeowners accomplish list.
•Present solutions and negotiate contracts with homeowners.
•Building and maintaining lifetime relationships with our homeowners, so when their next project arises, they come directly to Lawson for all of their home comfort needs.
•Collaborate with the CN support team to develop comprehensive sales strategies.
•Manage accounts effectively, ensuring timely follow-ups and addressing homeowner inquiries promptly.
•Prepare regular sales reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.
•Stay informed about product knowledge, industry developments, and competitive landscape.
•Utilize a computer tablet daily and apps to make your job less paperwork cumbersome.
Experience
•Proven experience in sales or business development, in the home interior or exterior.
•Experience in maneuvering crawl & attic spaces for inspection & measurement
•Comfortable with basic tools.
•Self motivated to stay on track with in home and office training.
•Strong background in sales with success in account management.
•Excellent customer service skills with the ability to analyze client needs effectively.
•Strong ability to follow a proven script for success.
•Familiarity with an outside sales process. Disciplined and organized for success
•Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
•Excellent computer & industry app skills.
•Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, are essential for this role.
