We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Sales Supervisor to
lead and support the daily operations of our estimating and coordination
teams. This role is pivotal in ensuring accurate costing, maintaining pricing
structures, and supporting sales forecasting. The Sales Supervisor will
collaborate closely with the Sales Manager and serve as a key point of
contact for cost management and sales data integrity.
- Serve as a costing expert, maintaining up-to-date costs within the deck
- Supervise and support a team of estimators and coordinators.
- Act as the Salesforce Champion to promote best practices and
- Assign estimation tasks and track weekly production metrics.
- Collaborate with the Sales Manager on pricing strategies and
- Support forecasting efforts for future sales and project needs.
- Maintain accurate records of employee hours, overtime, and vacation
- - Proficient with OIS and JEDI systems.
- Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings.
- Working knowledge of BlueBeam.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
- Capable of handling high-pressure situations effectively.
- Understanding of interdepartmental system workflows.
- Demonstrated ability to collaborate across teams and manage multiplepriorities.
Preferred
- Previous experience in sales and estimating.
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field.
