What we are looking for:

The Sales Specialist will assist in creating estimates and sales orders and will serve as a point of contact for customers with queries about products, orders, and deliveries. This role provides support for Account Managers and serves as a stepping stone to more advanced sales positions within the organization.


Responsibilities:

Process orders via email or phone working with Account Managers and specific customers.

Check data accuracy in orders and invoices from customers.
Contact clients to obtain missing information or answer queries.
Liaise with the Logistics department to ensure timely deliveries.
Maintain and update sales and customer records as needed.
Communicate important feedback from customers internally.
Work with sales team to ensure they hit their territory quota.
Stay up to date with new products and features.


Basic Qualifications:

BA or equivalent experience
Minimum two years of experience in Sales, Education, Solar Power, or a related field.
Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with customers and team members.
A strong desire to help customers and meet their needs.
Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities efficiently.
Willingness to learn and adapt quickly to new information and processes.
Ability to work collaboratively within a team environment.


Preferred Qualifications:

Read and understand an electrical single line diagram as it pertains to Stem’s equipment
Learn networking requirements
Proficiency in basic office software (e.g., Microsoft Office) and familiarity with CRM systems is beneficial.
Understanding of software sales process, a plus
Experience or basic understanding of PV systems a plus


Job Location


US Remote

The Total Target Cash range for this role is $77,100 to $115,650. (Base + Commission at 100% of plan)

$61,680.00 - $92,520.00
