- Identifying, pursuing, and closing new SCADA and automation sales opportunities with oil & gas producers, EPCs, and midstream operators.
- Building and maintaining relationships with new & existing clients.
- Presenting and demonstrating SCADA platforms, remote monitoring solutions, and automation systems to customers, highlighting operational efficiency, compliance, and cost savings.
- Assisting in preparing sales proposals, contracts, and reports.
- Collaborating with the sales team to achieve sales targets.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company
- Providing ongoing customer support, ensuring satisfaction, and identifying expansion opportunities (e.g., system upgrades, additional sites, new facilities).
- Staying updated on industry trends and product knowledge.
- Maintaining accurate CRM records of opportunities, proposals, and customer interactions.
- High School Diploma.
- 2–5 years of experience in technical sales, preferably in SCADA, automation, or industrial control systems.
- Strong understanding of oil & gas facility operations, instrumentation, or control systems.
- Proven ability to translate technical features into business value for customers.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to learn and understand technical products and their applications.
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.
- This is a full-time, Monday–Friday position based in our Midland or Fort Worth office.
- The hours of work are 8am-5pm with some flexibility.
- Expected to be visiting customers majority of the week
- 50% Travel away from home expected
