Job Description: We are seeking a dynamic and self-driven Sales Representative focused on generating new business and building their own book of business. The ideal candidate is outgoing, social, and has a proven track record of success. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, cultivating and building relationships, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:
•Identify and pursue new business opportunities to generate sales.
•Build and maintain a robust pipeline of prospects.
•Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve targets.
•Cultivate and nurture relationships with clients and prospects.
•Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
•Must fit in and follow a system.
•Represent the company at industry events and trade shows.

•Proven track record of success in sales, preferably in the metal fabrication industry.
•Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
