Responsible for inside sales calls and marketing the company and its services. Responsible for all other duties as assigned.
•
75% of job involves managing internal accounts / 25% of time utilized to make cold calls and find new accounts
•
Detailed follow up required to get feedback on quotes that were sent out.
•
Responsible for working with customer on schedules and pricing discrepancies.
•
Regular follow up with all current accounts looking for additional sales opportunities.
•
Work closely with Quoting on priorities
•
Entertain existing customers and new customers with great potential.
•
Report sales activities to the leadership team.
•
Responsible for creating procedures, adapting and following the duties as described in the Quality Systems Procedure Manual.
