We’re looking for positive, driven, and motivated individuals to join our Entry-Level Sales Team—no sales experience required! We’ll teach you everything you need to succeed and offer clear opportunities to grow into leadership roles.

What You’ll Do...

- Engage with homeowners in assigned neighborhoods to discuss exterior home improvement needs (roofing, windows, siding, doors).

- Offer free, no-obligation inspections and quotes.

- Educate homeowners on the benefits of protecting and enhancing their home.

- Develop top-notch communication and sales skills with hands-on training.

- Participate in fun team challenges and incentives while earning bonuses and promotions.
