Sales Rep

Genesis Home Improvements is looking for motivated sales professionals to join our highly successful sales force in the growing home improvement industry. Our Sales representatives go to pre-scheduled appointments in residential homes and conduct sales presentations. They provide all of the necessary information for homeowners to make a same-day decision on their home remodeling projects. Primary Responsibilities · Travel to and from each residence to company-generated, pre-qualified appointments with homeowners within the San Diego area - no cold calling or door knocking! · Perform product demonstrations and discuss custom quotes during in-home consultations, by following a value-based selling process based on honesty and integrity. · Attend trainings and regular sales meetings. Qualifications · Hold a valid driver’s license (required) · Comfortable traveling for appointments on a daily basis (required) · Must have your own vehicle · Previous outside sales experience is a plus, however highly motivated entry level applicants are encouraged to apply · Willingness to learn a structured and proven sales process · A strong desire and ability to close the sale · Evening and Saturday availability (required) Compensation · Upon completion of the Company’s initial training program, Sales Consultants enjoy uncapped earning potential with commissions equal to 10% of revenue generated on sales contracts, subject to the terms and conditions of the Sales Representative Agreement. · Monthly performance-based bonus opportunity · Average annual earning opportunity of $100,000-$200,000+ · Paid training during initial phase of the Company’s comprehensive introductory training program Benefits · Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision · 401(K) · Paid comprehensive training program with continued coaching and mentorship If this sounds like an exciting challenge to you, apply now!
