Our team is driven by quality work and great customer experiences—and we’re looking for a motivated Project Manager/Sales professional to help take our landscaping division to the next level.
About the Role
As our Project Manager, you’ll take the lead on turning design ideas into finished outdoor spaces. From the first client meeting to the final walkthrough, you’ll be hands-on—building strong relationships, putting together estimates, managing materials and crews, and making sure each job is done right, on time, and on budget. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys leading projects, solving problems on the fly, and creating outdoor spaces people love.
What You’ll Do:
•Develop and maintain referral partnerships with local businesses—pool companies, hardscape suppliers, and more—to generate steady project leads.
•Work directly with homeowners to understand their vision, create estimates, and close deals with confidence.
•Manage your sales pipeline with a focus on $800K+ in annual revenue.
•Communicate clearly with clients throughout their project to keep things on track and earn strong reviews.
•Oversee scheduling, update clients on timelines, and ensure materials arrive before the crews do.
•Double-check daily materials for upcoming jobs and ensure crews are set up for success.
•Be on-site as needed—help foremen with layouts, check in with crews, and resolve issues on the fly.
•Track labor hours to help keep projects on time and within budget.
What We’re Looking For:
•A self-starter who’s organized, efficient, and passionate about high-quality landscape projects.
•Strong people skills—you know how to build trust with clients and collaborate with crews and vendors.
•Sales or project management experience, ideally in landscaping, construction, or a related field.
•Someone who communicates well, solves problems quickly, and pays attention to the details.
•A customer-first mindset and a commitment to getting the job done right.
Your Goals in This Role:
•Hit or exceed monthly sales targets—especially during peak season (March to October).
•Maintain a consistent flow of quality leads and close at least 30% of them.
•Keep 80% or more of your jobs within the projected labor hours.
•Create long-term, happy clients who come back and refer their friends.
What We Offer:
•$60,000 base salary plus commission:
•3% on your first $800,000 in sales
•3.5% on sales from $800,000 to $1 million
•4% on sales over $1 million
•5% on sales over $1.5 million
