About This Job

Stellar Roofing, a fast-paced roofing and home exterior company seeking a dedicated and reliable Sales & Production Liaison to join our dynamic team. This position plays a critical role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations and delivering top-tier support to both our internal team and our valued customers.

Key Responsibilities:

•

Monitor the sales pipeline regularly for new jobs that require review.

•

Verify that all required documents are properly uploaded into the Lead Platform (LP).

•

Review sales contracts thoroughly to ensure accuracy, completeness, and compliance with company standards.

•

Cross-check sales contracts against Production Notes to guarantee consistency and clear job expectations.

•

Confirm financing arrangements or securing necessary down payments and final payments prior to production.

•

Conduct contract review calls with customers to welcome them, clarify details, and align expectations.

•

Release jobs to the Commission Specialist once deemed Ready to Produce.

•

Oversee all gutter-related projects, coordinating efficiently with subcontractors.

•

Maintain up-to-date project schedules and completion dates in the CRM and approve labor invoices.

•

Collaborate with the Director of Sales to identify and communicate areas for operational improvement.

•

Perform additional tasks assigned to support the sales and production workflow.

Qualifications:

•

Previous experience in a coordination or liaison role, preferably within the construction or roofing industry.

•

Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.

•

Excellent verbal and written communication skills.

•

Proficiency in CRM systems and project management software.

•

Ability to work cross-functionally and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

•

Customer-focused with a commitment to delivering high-quality service.

Compensation: $20.00 to $25.00
