Orca Restoration is a top-rated water damage restoration company that helps homeowners and businesses recover from unexpected water disasters. We’re looking for a motivated and experienced Sales Leader to build, train, and lead a high-performing team of door-to-door and appointment generated sales professionals. If you have a background in roofing, solar, restoration, internet, or cable sales, that’s a huge plus!

What You’ll Be Doing

✅ Recruiting, training, and motivating a door-to-door sales team

✅ Running set appointments, knocking on doors, generating leads, and closing deals like a pro

✅ Educating homeowners and businesses on the importance of water damage restoration, roofs and/or solar

✅ Developing and executing strategic sales plans to crush revenue goals

✅ Creating a fun, competitive, and winning culture within your team

What We’re Looking For

✔ Proven success in door-to-door sales (2+ years preferred)

✔ Leadership experience in managing a sales team

✔ Strong communication and persuasion skills

✔ Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to hustle

✔ Experience in restoration, roofing, solar, internet, or cable sales is a big plus!
