Job Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Project Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing sales projects from inception to completion, ensuring that all aspects of the project align with client expectations and company standards. This position requires strong negotiation skills, a solid understanding of the petroleum industry.
Duties
•
Oversee the entire sales project lifecycle, from initial client engagement to project delivery.
•
Negotiate contracts with clients and vendors to secure favorable terms and conditions.
•
Utilize software for project estimating and management.
•
Conduct thorough construction estimating to ensure accurate pricing and cost control throughout the project.
•
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to build effective project plans that meet client needs.
•
Monitor project progress on construction sites, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and quality standards.
•
Provide regular updates to stakeholders regarding project status, timelines, and any potential issues.
•
Develop strategies for cost control and resource allocation to maximize project efficiency.
Requirements
•
Proven experience in construction management or a related field.
•
Strong negotiation skills with a track record of successful contract management.
•
Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
•
Solid understanding of construction estimating processes and techniques.
•
Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining attention to detail.
•
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with the ability to collaborate effectively with diverse teams.
•
Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to changing project requirements.
