Job Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Sales Engineer to drive sales growth in South Texas. The ideal candidate lives in the region and has existing relationships with operators. This role focuses on selling vapor recovery and production enhancement solutions utilizing our Titan-Flex compressor. A background in ESP (Electric Submersible Pumps) or vapor recovery is a strong plus.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and expand relationships with E&P companies and midstream operators in the Permian Basin.

• Identify customer needs and provide tailored compression solutions for vapor recovery and production enhancement.

• Drive sales by leveraging industry relationships, conducting field visits, and delivering technical presentations.

• Collaborate with operations and engineering teams to ensure seamless service execution.

• Monitor and report sales activities, market trends, and customer feedback.

• Represent 7 Compression at industry events, trade shows, and networking functions.

Qualifications:

• Existing relationships with oil & gas operators in the region.

• 3+ years of experience in oil & gas sales, compression services, ESPs, or vapor recovery.

• Strong technical understanding of production optimization and compression applications.

• Proven ability to build relationships and close deals.

• Self-motivated, with excellent communication and negotiation skills.

• Ability to travel within the San Antonio area for customer visits and industry events.
