Required Qualifications

Experience: 10+ years in the oil and gas industry with a focus on fracture stimulation operations, including at least 2+ years in sales or technical sales engineering within the Permian Basin.

Education:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering (Petroleum, Chemical, Mechanical, or related discipline).

Technical Expertise:

Strong communication and conflict resolution skills with analytical capabilities; proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

Background as a Completion Engineer or Frac Field Engineer with exposure to sales and client interfacing.
