Griffin is looking for a Sales Manager to add to our winning team to work on site inside our Watertown, WI headquarters.

- Business School graduate preferred but not required
- Calling on accounts (account maintenance)
- Establishing new sales channels
- Effectively and efficiently managing accounts
- Managing the company sales team
- Managing and communicating with fulfillment team
- Fully supporting dealers with a very high quality of service
- Increasing market share in dry areas
- Communicating and working jointly with other departments as needed
- Assisting in media and marketing activities that effect sales strategies and goals
- Some travel for trade shows
- Reporting monthly on all dept sales and activities
- General needs of the company
- Solid understanding of computers and systems
- Ability to learn software and data manage quickly
- Well spoken and personable
- Ethical and dedicated to "the golden rule"

Compensation is base plus commission. Career position includes competitive health insurance benefits and vacation / PTO. Re-location bonus available for qualified candidates.
