Job Summary

We are seeking experienced and motivated

Sales Specialists

to join our team. In this role, you will close pre-set, qualified solar appointments provided by Nova NRG. No cold calling — just high-quality leads and a clear path to success.

Responsibilities

- Close pre-set, qualified solar appointments.

- Deliver professional presentations to homeowners.

- Secure sales agreements and consistently achieve targets.

- Represent Nova NRG as a trusted renewable energy brand.

Qualifications

- Minimum 2 years of proven closing experience (solar, roofing, or home services required).

- Reliable transportation (this is a field-based position).
