Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Sales Closer, you will:

What We’re Looking For

✅ 1+ year of proven sales experience (HVAC or in-home preferred)

✅ Past success in 100% commission-based environments

✅ Excellent communication, persuasion & closing ability

✅ Self-starter with a strong mindset and work ethic

✅ Valid Ontario driver’s license & reliable vehicle

✅ Available to work 5–6 days a week (10AM – ~6PM)

✅ Bilingual is an asset (not required)

Compensation & Benefits

- Commission: 10% per closed sale

- Bonuses: Performance-based bonuses offered regularly

- Earning Potential: $75,000 – $150,000+ OTE

- Training: Full hands-on training provided

- Schedule: Full-time, 5–6 days/week

- Territory: GTA & Surrounding Regions (max 1 hour drive from Vaughan)
