Your Role Includes:
•
Navigating internal account management for key clients
•
Charting new courses with potential clients and expanding horizon in current markets
•
Administrating consultative selling practices and securely anchoring deals
•
Deepening understanding of our product offerings and industry trends
•
Issuing quotes, processing orders, and steering the sales and distribution processes
•
Sharing strategic insights with district managers and the field sales team
•
Ensuring timely and quality-rich delivery of customer orders
•
Collaborating across units to swiftly resolve customer grievances
•
Crafting personalized customer service experiences focused on satisfaction
•
Mentoring peers in account development when required.
Your Experience & Skills:
•
A minimum of 2 years in sales, with a preference for the steel industry
•
Demonstrated proficiency in oral, written, and presentation communication
•
A determined, competitive nature driven by self-motivation
•
Keen attention to intricate details
•
Communicative and interpersonal strengths
•
An advantageous Bachelor's degree or commensurate experience and training.
•
Upon offer of employment, candidates must pass a criminal background check and drug test.
