Job Overview
On site safety rep for roofing and siding
Responsibilities
•
Ensuring adherence to safety protocols and OSHA regulations.
•
Conduct regular inspections of the site to monitor compliance with occupational health standards.
•
Implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential hazards and ensure worker safety.
•
Maintain accurate documentation related to compliance management, including reports on workers' compensation claims and safety incidents.
Qualifications
•
Proven experience as a Construction Site Safety Rep or in a similar role within the construction industry.
•
Strong knowledge of OSHA regulations, occupational health standards, and compliance management practices.
•
Familiarity with risk management principles as they pertain to construction sites.
•
Excellent leadership skills with the ability to motivate teams and manage conflicts effectively.
•
Strong communication skills to liaise with various stakeholders including clients, subcontractors, and regulatory agencies.
•
Strong knowledge of fall protection standards.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $34.00 - $38.00 per hour
Expected hours: 50 per week
