Functions:
- Attend and document pre-shift safety meetings.
- Communicate safety expectations to contractors, third-party vendors, and internal personnel.
- Participate on projects planning and kickoff.
- Review PSSS (Project Site Specific Safety)
- Deliver safety orientation and training to internal employees prior to site entry.
- Conduct regular inspections to identify project supervision risks in the workplace.
- Provide training to project supervision.
- Ensure that personal protective equipment (PPE) is available and appropriate for the work.
- Advise and collaborate with management to resolve occupational project supervision issues.
- Assist and support Stop Work actions when necessary.
- Analyze research data, summarize statistics, and compile reports.
- Propose and lead the implementation of project supervision protection programs, including ergonomic improvements.
- Coordinate Offshore Safety & Emergency Management Plans
- Prepare reports evaluating contractor safety performance.
- Verify contractor compliance with Project Site Specific Safety & Emergency Management Plans.
- Confirm that contractors have appropriate training for their scope of work.
- Conduct weekly reviews of contractors' Risk and Hazard assessment.
- Participate in incident investigations and follow-ups.
- Support the Incident Management Process.
- Document all incidents and near misses in the Enablon module and assist in developing corrective actions.
- Mechanical Engineer
- At least 4 years of experience relate to safety process
- Offshore experience (Indispensable)
