Rubber Technician - Entry Level

Learn to test, inspect, and clean High Voltage primary protection equipment to ensure it meets safety standards.

Clean, test, and certify personal protective equipment (PPE) using proper procedures.

Follow testing standards and maintain quality in all tasks.

High School Diploma or GED (No prior experience required—we’ll train you!)

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and quickly learn new skills.

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions.

Basic computer skills.

Good communication and teamwork skills.
