Routing Coordinator/Analyst (Experienced)

Using company routing and mapping technology. Routing Coordinators prepare daily service routes of assigned location for our service associates. You will confirm several route appointments for services each day to ensure productivity/efficiency goals for the technicians to be met. This position is responsible for evaluation any time constraints/scheduling changed and communicating relevant changes or updates with the technicians, team members and branch staff.

Routing Coordinators ensure a great customer experience by relaying detailed and accurate information to the supervisors and technicians in the field. They handle dual tasks with ease and manage changes to route scheduled promptly. Routing Coordinators send digital notifications to customers ahead of a scheduled services appointment and dispatch any last-minute schedule changes. They regularly communicate between fellow employees and supervisors with a positive attitude using effective oral/written communications.

Must Haves

- High School Diploma or the equivalent

- Past Routing experience or at least one year experience with company

- Experience in Lawn Care or Pest Control will be helpful

- Ability to pass a pre-employment background screening and drug test (THC excluded)

- Proved ability to gather and analyze information skillfully

- Professional- You present yourself and our business in a positive, professional way when communicating with other routing coordinators and branch employees

- Ability to prioritize, multi-task, work independently and as part of a team

- Must have the ability to work outside of normal scheduled hours as needed to support the business needs
