Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Roustabout Operator to join our team in the oil and gas industry. The Roustabout plays a crucial role in supporting operations on oil rigs and construction sites, ensuring that all tasks are completed efficiently and safely. This position requires a strong work ethic, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to operate heavy equipment.
Duties
•
Assist with the assembly and disassembly of oil rig equipment and structures.
•
Perform maintenance and repairs on machinery and equipment as needed.
•
Operate heavy equipment, including forklifts, to transport materials around the site.
•
Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote safety.
•
Collaborate with team members to complete tasks effectively and efficiently.
•
Follow all safety protocols and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
Skills
•
Strong mechanical knowledge related to oil rig operations and maintenance.
•
Experience in heavy equipment operation.
•
Familiarity with construction site practices and safety regulations.
•
Ability to work in physically demanding environments, including outdoor conditions.
•
Commercial driving experience is required for transporting materials as needed.
•
Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to communicate effectively with crew members.

Pay: $18.00 - $22.00 per hour
Expected hours: 45 – 70 per week
